Saintly Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette

  Saintly Lemon-Pepper Vinaigrette    3 tsp extra virgin olive oil  2 tsp fresh lemon juice  1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles  Pinch of sea salt  Pinch of pepper  Optional Add- Ins:  1 tsp finely minced ginger  1 tsp finely chopped shallots, scallions, or onion  1 tsp grated parmesan cheese  ¼ tsp Sriracha  Pinch of crushed red paper flakes  Add everything to a small tightly-lidded jar and shake until blended. Or whisk everything together in a small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors to rehydrate dried herbs. Shake again, add to salad, toss and serve.

1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of pepper

Optional Add- Ins:

1 tsp finely minced ginger

1 tsp finely chopped shallots, scallions, or onion

1 tsp grated parmesan cheese

¼ tsp Sriracha

Pinch of crushed red paper flakes

Add everything to a small tightly-lidded jar and shake until blended. Or whisk everything together in a small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors to rehydrate dried herbs. Shake again, add to salad, toss and serve.

Saintly Cocoa Coconut Berry Smoothie

  Saintly Cocoa Coconut Berry Smoothie   1 cup frozen mixed berries   1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Cocoa Coconut Sprinkles  ½ cup almond milk  ½ banana (fresh or frozen)  1 tbsp orange juice  1 tbsp wet chia seeds (soak in 4 tbsp water for a few hours)  1 tsp honey  Blend everything for a minute. Pour into a glass and serve.

Saintly Cocoa Coconut Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen mixed berries 

1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Cocoa Coconut Sprinkles

½ cup almond milk

½ banana (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp wet chia seeds (soak in 4 tbsp water for a few hours)

1 tsp honey

Blend everything for a minute. Pour into a glass and serve.

Saintly Chia Passion Fruit Protein Smoothie

  Coconut Chia Passion Fruit Protein Smoothie   3 passion fruit  1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Cocoa Coconut Sprinkles  1 cup soy or regular milk  1 scoop protein powder  1 tsp honey or maple syrup  1 banana, peeled  1 handful ice  Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Put kiwi and all other ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Coconut Chia Passion Fruit Protein Smoothie

3 passion fruit

1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Cocoa Coconut Sprinkles

1 cup soy or regular milk

1 scoop protein powder

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 banana, peeled

1 handful ice

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Put kiwi and all other ingredients in a blender and blend well.

 

Saintly Hummus Toast

  Saintly Hummus Toast   2 tbsp hummus  2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese  1 handful spinach  1 thick slice of sourdough bread, toasted  1 packet Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles  ½ avocado, sliced  ¼ cup sliced cherry tomato  3 tsp extra virgin olive oil  1 tsp balsamic vinegar  1 tsp whole grain mustard  Pinch of sea salt  Pinch of pepper  In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add spinach and toss well. Spread hummus across the bread while still warm from the toaster, then sprinkle with Seven Saints Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles. Layer cheese and avocado atop hummus, then top with salad mix.

Saintly Hummus Toast

2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese

1 handful spinach

1 thick slice of sourdough bread, toasted

1 packet Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles

½ avocado, sliced

¼ cup sliced cherry tomato

3 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp whole grain mustard

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of pepper

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add spinach and toss well. Spread hummus across the bread while still warm from the toaster, then sprinkle with Seven Saints Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles. Layer cheese and avocado atop hummus, then top with salad mix.

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 packet Seven Saints Superfoods Cocoa Coconut Sprinkles
1/3 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp diced kiwi

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour into two glasses, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Saintly Beef Broccoli Stir Fry

  Saintly Beef Broccoli Stir Fry    2 carrots, sliced into strips  1 packet Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles  1 tbsp soy sauce  2 tsp cider vinegar  1 clove garlic, minced  1⁄2 tsp sugar   1⁄2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips  1⁄4 cup broccoli  1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted  1⁄2 tsp oil  2 scallions sliced  3 tbsp beef stock  1tsp corn starch  Combine beef, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sugar in a bowl, and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes. In skillet or wok, heat oil and stir fry broccoli and carrots until tender. Add beef and marinade, and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, stir frying for 2-3 minutes.  Combine broth and cornstarch, then add to skillet, bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool one minute, then mix in Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles. Serve over rice.

Combine beef, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sugar in a bowl, and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes. In skillet or wok, heat oil and stir fry broccoli and carrots until tender. Add beef and marinade, and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, stir frying for 2-3 minutes.

Combine broth and cornstarch, then add to skillet, bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool one minute, then mix in Mediterranean Spice Sprinkles. Serve over rice.
